Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

F&P Courier provides logistics and delivery services within Nairobi and surrounding environs. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Prohibited Items

You agree not to use our service to transport illegal or hazardous goods, including but not limited to:

• Explosives, firearms, or ammunition.
• Illegal drugs or narcotics.
• Live animals (unless explicitly agreed upon).
• Stolen goods.

4. Payments

Payments must be made via the approved methods (M-Pesa or Cash on Delivery). Prepaid orders are prioritized. For Cash on Delivery (COD), the receiver must pay the full amount upon receipt of the package.

5. Liability and Insurance

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, F&P Courier's liability for lost or damaged packages is limited to the declared value of the item, up to a maximum of KES 50,000, provided that the loss or damage occurred while the item was in our custody. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of the delivery date.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Kenya. F&P Courier and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Kenya shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
